Senior Manager – Quality (Process Consultant)

About the role

The Quality Process Consultant drives process excellence, quality governance and continuous improvement across BPM and IT engagements. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with project teams, business leaders and clients to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards such as CMMI, ISO and Agile.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and monitor processes for BPM and IT projects.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings, define project‑specific quality plans and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Develop KPI‑driven dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
• Create and execute Software Quality Assurance (SQA) plans, conduct audits, health checks and compliance assessments.
• Maintain CMMI compliance trackers, prepare audit reports and drive timely closure of findings.
• Manage SLA governance, monitor performance against contractual obligations and provide root‑cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Lead risk management activities, RCA, CAPA, CAR and defect‑prevention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management, process improvement and governance within IT or BPM environments.
• Strong understanding of CMMI, ISO and Agile quality frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, manage SLAs and drive data‑based improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
