Senior Manager, Process Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineers in utilizing techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and new technologies, and apply them across the product range.
• Interact with key customers to resolve extremely complex process engineering issues and address High Value Problems for the division.
• Ensure effective product and technology demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage experimental tests, evaluate results, and escalate critical technology issues to senior management.
• Determine product process specifications, assess equipment strengths and weaknesses, and identify developmental opportunities.
• Lead collaboration efforts with executive and junior managers to ensure strategic execution of initiatives.
• Lead market share improvement efforts through technical innovation and process optimization.

• Salary range $156,000.00 - $214,500.00 per year.
