About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to act as a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor. In this role you will provide tax compliance and planning guidance to the firm’s owners, lead large‑scale projects and drive process innovation while working closely with senior clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver tax compliance and planning services to PwC owners.
  • Lead and manage large tax projects, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Innovate and improve tax reporting and compliance processes.
  • Oversee partnership K‑1 income, state tax credits and composite returns.
  • Collaborate virtually with team members and mentor junior staff.
  • Develop solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Engage with senior‑level clients to ensure project success.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in tax compliance and planning for high‑net‑worth individuals or private businesses.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage virtual teams.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills and a commitment to professional standards.
