Senior Manager, Paid Social (DTC)

About the role

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Paid Social strategy for direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands. In this senior position you will shape high‑impact campaigns, mentor junior talent, and partner with senior leadership to drive measurable growth for a portfolio of medium to large clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies across platforms, ensuring performance against client business goals.
• Own client‑facing communication, delivering strategic recommendations, performance storytelling, testing plans, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Translate high‑level growth objectives into actionable paid‑social initiatives and optimization roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative, analytics, and account leadership—to align tactics with broader marketing plans.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering consistent operational processes and best‑practice development.
• Monitor industry trends and platform updates to keep client strategies innovative and competitive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency experience managing paid social for DTC brands.
• Proven track record of delivering strong ROI and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ability to operate autonomously, lead client relationships confidently, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to testing and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
