Senior Manager – OneStream Solutions Architect (Finance Transformation)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives using OneStream. The role sits within the Enterprise Performance Management practice of Finance Consulting, partnering with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to redesign finance functions and drive business insight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute large‑scale finance and enterprise‑architecture programs built on OneStream.
• Innovate and streamline processes to ensure operational excellence across planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary, cross‑border project teams and act as the primary client liaison at senior levels.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager experience in finance consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, complex problems and deliver clear solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and collaborative teamwork.

• Financial planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics knowledge.
