Senior Manager of Operations Strategy

About the role

This fully remote senior position sits at the core of a fast‑scaling, mission‑driven organization transforming complex care operations. You will bridge executive vision and day‑to‑day execution, shaping strategy into actionable operational systems that drive clinical, revenue, and growth outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution and results measurement.
• Translate executive priorities into clear operational frameworks, workflows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment across Clinical, Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Build financial models, business cases, and analytical frameworks to support strategic decisions.
• Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, proposing scalable solutions.
• Partner with data teams to define performance metrics and dashboards.
• Continuously improve processes by spotting automation opportunities and structural enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, health policy, or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or high‑growth startup environments preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives from design through execution.
• Strong analytical abilities, including financial modeling and performance‑metrics development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
