Senior Manager of Case Law Content Expansion

About the role

The Senior Manager of Case Law Content Expansion will lead the Content Legal Specialist team and drive the growth of caselaw content, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI. Reporting to the Senior Director of Caselaw Enhancements, the role works closely with product teams to deliver expanded content across Lexis+ and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Content Legal Specialist, Content Analysis, and COOL teams to ensure high‑quality content analysis and expansion.
• Collaborate with product teams to plan and execute content expansion initiatives, emphasizing new Generative AI developments.
• Conduct proactive workforce planning to align staffing with product and AI projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding caselaw content in line with organisational goals and customer needs.
• Monitor progress toward content expansion targets and report updates to senior leadership.
• Lead change‑management efforts and promote Generative AI adoption across the GEO Case Law organization.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality issues in content workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of expanded content to Lexis+ and other platforms.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders supporting content initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge‑sharing mechanisms for the expansion teams.
• Provide coaching, training, and talent development for team members.
• Oversee the budget for content expansion projects, seeking cost‑saving opportunities.
