Senior Manager Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager for Manufacturing Finance to support the Manufacturing & Technical Operations Finance Controller at its Johns Creek, GA site. You will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing cost models, and providing strategic financial guidance to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the site.
• Coordinate and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Develop and maintain product costing models and standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, report variances, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Provide financial support and advice to site management and operations teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects supporting strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
