Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Execution

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Learning Delivery & Execution across its global portfolio. The role translates national L&D strategy into actionable plans, ensuring consistent, high-quality learning experiences for territory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the national delivery strategy for instructor-led, virtual, in-field and blended learning, aligned with territory operational needs.
• Partner with territory L&D managers to co-create measurable execution plans and adapt core programs to local conditions.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks and resource constraints in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Extend learning impact through practical application, reinforcement, coaching and AI-enabled tools.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching and performance management for territory L&D managers.
• Ensure trainers are effectively deployed, developed and aligned with strategic goals.
• Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate and scale learning delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large-scale learning delivery initiatives in a multi-territory environment.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills, with experience managing L&D managers and trainers.
• Ability to translate L&D priorities into clear, measurable execution plans.
• Experience working with AI-enabled learning tools or emerging technology solutions.
