Senior Manager, HR Communications

About the role

This role leads internal HR communications, turning HR and CHRO priorities into clear, actionable messages and audience‑engagement strategies that drive alignment, readiness, and execution at scale. The manager ensures HR communications are proactive, well‑sequenced, and embedded into HR’s operating rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal HR communications execution: translate HR priorities into clear “what this means / what to do now” messaging that drives action.
• Lead CHRO HR communications: draft and sequence CHRO messages, ensure alignment across internal forums and external moments, and support CHRO appearances.
• Drive change readiness: design and deliver change communications that prepare stakeholders early and reduce confusion, rework, and resistance.
• Build scalable messaging assets: create reusable frameworks, templates, toolkits, and FAQs for fast, consistent HR communication.
• Elevate digital storytelling: turn insights, data, and updates into clear, compelling narratives across digital channels.
• Embed communications into HR cadence: ensure key initiatives are sequenced, reinforced, and sustained through a predictable operating rhythm.
• Enable AI‑assisted communications: leverage AI tools to draft, edit, and refine HR communications with greater speed and consistency.

What we offer

• Salary range: $154,000 – $212,000 per year.
• Location: Santa Clara, CA.
