Senior Manager, Global Planning Operations

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Planning Operations. In this role you will partner with Global MPIM leadership to drive planning excellence, business performance, and strategic initiatives across the company’s worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the global MPIM Concept‑to‑Consumer planning calendar.
• Partner with global and regional teams to align planning milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Support strategic planning through business analysis and scenario planning.
• Develop executive‑level presentations for senior leadership, S&OP meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Lead pre‑season and in‑season planning milestones, consolidating regional inputs into a global perspective.
• Drive process improvements, implement new tools, technologies, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in planning, strategy, business operations, consulting, retail, supply chain, or similar functions.
• Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products, or complex global organizations.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven project‑management experience and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
