Senior Manager, Enterprise Data

About the role

We are building a new team to own Radiant’s internal data infrastructure, executive analytics, and AI capabilities. As Senior Manager, Enterprise Data you will define the technical direction, architect the data platform, and lead the AI strategy while mentoring a growing engineering group.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the architecture for the data platform using technologies such as Databricks, Fivetran and dbt, making build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Develop and execute the AI strategy, evaluating compliant AI vendors and leading retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) projects.
• Oversee delivery of integrations, dashboards, and AI tools, stepping in to code when required.
• Set hiring standards, mentor DevOps and Data Platform engineers, and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to share Databricks resources and ensure operational and engineering workloads coexist.
• Work closely with IT and Security to guarantee all solutions meet ITAR/EAR compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience, including hands‑on AI/ML work.
• Proven experience designing and building data platforms on Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies.
• Strong technical leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineers and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to evaluate AI vendor solutions and navigate security‑focused compliance requirements.
