Senior Manager, Deals Diligence Analytics

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Deals Diligence Analytics practice. You will work with top private‑equity and corporate clients, turning complex data into actionable insights that influence multi‑billion‑dollar decisions throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale data analysis projects that support client decisions during diligence, post‑deal integration, and exit preparation.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Utilise advanced analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau to build visualisations and dashboards.
• Develop and execute data‑quality improvement plans to ensure integrity and security.
• Conduct exploratory analysis and predictive modelling to uncover performance‑enhancing opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, fostering trust and driving collaborative solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or finance.
• Strong background in data‑driven decision making for private‑equity or corporate transactions.
