Senior Manager, Content Marketing

Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to shape and amplify brand narratives for its domestic productions. The role blends storytelling, brand architecture, and digital strategy, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bold, original content strategies that translate brand values and audience insights into actionable plans.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive, strategically integrated creative execution.
• Lead the owned social media and influencer teams, creating editorial calendars, content roadmaps, and distribution plans.
• Own end‑to‑end production of high‑profile projects, managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Establish and enforce brand policies and intellectual‑property guidelines across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content marketing initiatives for large, consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, creative services, and publicity.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment, take calculated risks, and drive measurable impact.
