Senior Manager, Content Expansion and Development

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive the growth of our North American analytical content portfolio and Lexis+ Protégé foundational content. You will guide a team of contributors, champion AI‑assisted editorial workflows, and ensure high‑quality, up‑to‑date legal content for the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate AI‑enabled content platforms into daily editorial processes while maintaining human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
• Coach editors and authors on prompt engineering, output evaluation, and effective use of AI tools.
• Identify white‑space opportunities, analyse revenue and usage data, and propose new content and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers, content strategy, and segment teams to align the portfolio with market needs.
• Support marketing and sales with product positioning and collateral.
• Lead due‑diligence, integration planning, and onboarding for acquired content assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content teams in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of AI‑assisted content creation and ethical AI guidelines.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable content initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
