About the role
Airbus Helicopters is seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead Connected Services across the United States and Canada. Based in Grand Prairie, TX, you will shape the technical, commercial and cultural transformation of our services portfolio into a data‑driven enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the regional P&L while influencing cross‑functional teams in Offers, Contracts, Programs, Support, Information Management and Design.
- Implement advanced fleet‑connectivity solutions to improve asset profitability, mission performance and operational safety.
- Act as the primary catalyst for corporate change, aligning strategy with execution across North America.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the connected‑services roadmap.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in aerospace or related high‑tech services.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to orchestrate multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
