Senior Manager, Concept to Consumer (CtC) Operations

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager to drive the execution of its Concept to Consumer (CtC) vision. You will translate strategic direction into actionable plans, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure new ways of working are adopted to deliver operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the CtC strategy into clear, actionable plans that guide teams toward shared goals.
• Design and lead collaborative workshops with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine new processes.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, especially between Planning, Merchandising, and Design, to ensure alignment and execution.
• Create early‑stage prototypes or beta versions of new deliverables and gather feedback from functional experts.
• Support adoption of new processes by guiding teams through change and promoting continuous improvement.
• Document and communicate decisions, workflows, and best practices for clarity and scalability.
• Facilitate key meetings to drive alignment, resolve issues, and maintain communication across teams.
• Monitor progress against project goals, provide regular stakeholder updates, and proactively manage risks.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure digital solutions support business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy, business operations, merchandising, planning, or related functions.
• Proven success in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience working with global and regional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Comfort using project‑management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana.
• Hybrid work schedule based in San Francisco, CA (3 days onsite per week).

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $135,200 – $198,300 per year.
• Hybrid work environment with three days per week in the San Francisco office.
