About the role
PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its internal audit function. The role combines strategic oversight of audit planning with hands‑on execution of audit projects, while ensuring compliance with methodology and fostering strong client relationships. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to support our diverse stakeholder base.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Internal Audit Plans.
- Manage risk assessment and business monitoring activities.
- Coordinate reporting of audit progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Execute internal audit projects from planning through reporting.
- Support the implementation of internal audit strategies and methodologies.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum of 8 + years of experience in internal audit or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and manage complex audit engagements.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
