Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics Optimization

About the role

Join Nestlé IT & Digital Americas as a Senior Manager leading a high‑performing team that designs, optimizes, and plans the U.S. supply‑chain network. You will translate complex analytical outcomes into strategic recommendations for senior leaders while driving AI adoption and continuous improvement across supply‑chain and manufacturing planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of optimization experts covering strategic network design, inventory optimization, and network planning.
• Translate business needs into analytical models that improve supply‑chain and manufacturing operations.
• Influence senior leaders with clear, data‑driven narratives and recommendations.
• Track and influence KPIs related to inventory and network performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimization platform strategy.
• Accelerate AI capabilities for faster model development and interactive solutions.
• Run intake, prioritize projects, and maintain a pipeline of optimization engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years applying mathematical optimization techniques to solve business problems.
• Preferred: Master’s or PhD and experience in supply‑chain optimization (network design, inventory planning, manufacturing).
