Senior Management Consultant – Project‑Based (Remote)

About the role

Zilo International Group is seeking experienced senior consultants to join its remote, project‑based team. You will apply deep functional or industry expertise to support a variety of client engagements, ranging from strategic planning to operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and diagnostic assessments for client projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and strategic planning sessions.
• Develop recommendations, implementation plans, and decision‑support materials.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables for executive audiences.
• Support project management activities, timelines, and deliverable development.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise within specialized practice areas.
• Assist with proposal development and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience, with senior‑level exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on remote, contract assignments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
