Senior Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our Data Science, Consulting Analyst and Robotic Process Automation team. The role combines end‑to‑end process improvement, automation program delivery, and tactical solutioning for Fortune 1000 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document current‑state business processes, capturing pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Lead executive‑level workstreams, present findings to client teams, and manage project delivery from start to finish.
• Gather and translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate workflows for RPA, AI, and analytics enhancements and create “As‑Is” and future‑state process maps.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define automation needs and track production status.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage work intake, and provide ongoing production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, or automation projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and interact with senior executives.
