Senior Maintenance Technician – Selene Tomoka Village

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of Selene Tomoka Village meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The role involves handling resident service requests, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials and tools efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to perform assigned maintenance tasks safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Experience handling resident service requests and coordinating make‑ready activities.
• Attention to detail in documentation and inventory management.
