Senior Maintenance Technician – Elle Medical Center

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Elle Medical Center in Houston. The role focuses on ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance across the property to minimize equipment downtime.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendor work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and codes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with residents, vendors and team members.
