Senior Maintenance Technician – Avana South Station

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for its Avana South Station property in Tukwila. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair services to ensure resident satisfaction and property standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Perform “make‑ready” preparations for new move‑ins.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of building exteriors and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other property‑related duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.

Required profile

• Proficient and safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
