Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to join a large retail client’s team in Dallas. The role will be based on‑site three to four days a week and focuses on designing, building, and deploying advanced ML models that power business‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms tailored to retail use cases.
• Design, train, and fine‑tune neural network and natural language processing models.
• Integrate models into production pipelines using MLOps and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers to manage data pipelines and ensure data quality in SQL databases.
• Deploy and monitor models on Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and optimize for scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior ML/AI engineer or data scientist.
• Strong background in both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Hands‑on expertise with neural networks and NLP projects.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dallas for the majority of the week.
