Senior M&A Integration Specialist – People Enablement

About the role

The Lead, People M&A Integration is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and executing the People Enablement strategy throughout the M&A lifecycle. This role translates transaction objectives into integrated plans, governance routines, and coordinated execution from due diligence through post‑close transition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated People Enablement plans aligned with transaction goals.
• Design decision frameworks, governance structures, and Day 1 readiness activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, Payroll, and FP&A.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business and People Enablement leaders, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on delivery.
• Identify, assess, and escalate integration risks while ensuring follow‑through across functions.
• Support the transition of acquired employees and manage post‑integration handoff.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in M&A integration or related transformation projects.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of HR processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Independent, structured approach to problem‑solving and risk management.
