Senior Litigation Paralegal

About the role

This senior litigation paralegal role supports the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and General Counsel, offering both independent and collaborative work in a flexible, Teams‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft routine letters, notices, pleadings, discovery, affidavits, orders, and other legal documents.
• Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a legal calendaring system to meet all deadlines.
• Gather information, materials, and evidence for discovery responses.
• Correspond with internal clients, court personnel, outside counsel, and opposing counsel.
• Answer lease‑related questions for various departments.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research for leasing representatives.
• Participate in legal, litigation, and leasing meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification.
• Minimum five years of experience handling litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, and calendar management.
• Strong organizational, confidentiality, and judgment skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PACER docket system.
• Legal document drafting expertise.
• Legal calendaring and deadline management.
