Senior Legal Counsel – EPC & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on multi‑billion‑dollar data centre, EV/battery, semiconductor and industrial projects. The role is embedded within the business, influencing project strategy from contract award through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on EPC, engineering, procurement, construction and other complex commercial agreements.
• Support projects throughout development and execution, including change orders, claims and contract interpretation.
• Collaborate closely with business development, procurement, engineering and project management teams.
• Provide counsel on contractor‑side risk and project delivery matters for high‑profile capital projects.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and active bar membership.
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in EPC, construction, manufacturing or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements and supporting project execution.
• Experience with claims, project management, dispute resolution or contractor risk management is a plus.
