Senior Leasing Professional (Sophia)

About the role

Greystar is looking for a Senior Leasing Professional to lead leasing, marketing and renewal activities for its community in Sophia. The role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing process and ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach and internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activity and resident data.
• Maintain show units and community standards to reflect Greystar’s brand quality.

Required profile

• Proven leasing experience in multifamily or property‑management environments.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
