Senior Leasing Professional – Latitude Community

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Latitude community in Virginia. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention targets through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready for residents, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property‑management sales, preferably in multifamily residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics and ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
