Senior Leasing Professional – High‑rise (700 River)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Professional to lead leasing, marketing, and renewal initiatives for its high‑rise community at 700 River. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and driving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including prospect qualification, community tours, application processing, credit and background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in coordination.
• Lead lease file audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, verify readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure show units meet Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing and property management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
