Senior Leadership Development Consultant

About the role
The Senior Leadership Development Consultant partners with 9th District officers, people leaders and individual contributors to design and deliver transformative leadership solutions that strengthen performance and nurture a high‑impact leadership culture across the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging learning content—including e‑learning modules, micro‑learnings and job aids—for onboarding, compliance training and leadership development at all employee levels.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for e‑learning development and management across platforms such as 9Online, SharePoint migration and Galaxy LMS.
- Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive leadership development programs, managing a portfolio of L&OD initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Administer leadership assessment tools including Clifton Strengths and Insights Discovery.
- Collaborate with business divisions, the Learning Management Support Office and the Management Committee to deliver tailored solutions, support performance‑management processes and coordinate Strategic Leadership Initiative programming.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote L&OD programs, monitor learning data and report on program metrics and completion rates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum six years of progressive experience designing, developing and delivering leadership and professional development programs (eight years for senior‑level roles).
- Strong knowledge of best practices in leadership development, talent management and organizational development.
- Experience with e‑learning authoring tools and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent time, project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
