Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our sales organization for Swedish Match’s nicotine pouch portfolio in the United States. The role will be based in Dallas, TX (or Tulsa, OK) and will drive growth, profitability and strategic execution across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the region, targeting profit and revenue growth.
• Lead, coach and evaluate Account Representatives, reinforcing performance appraisal processes and creating development plans.
• Participate in hiring and reward decisions for the sales team.
• Manage distribution, merchandising execution, brand displacement and category management initiatives.
• Analyze syndicated data (I.R.I., Nielsen) to identify space and growth opportunities and support regional planning.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as BIM, customer service, marketing, sales operations, finance and production to mobilize resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within consumer‑packaged‑goods or tobacco sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
