Senior Key Account Manager – Consumer Packaged Goods

As a Senior Key Account Manager you will own a regional portfolio, develop and execute a business plan that drives profit and revenue growth, and support the company’s vision of a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive business plan for assigned accounts, aligning with regional sales objectives.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Account Representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge for advancement.
• Participate in hiring and performance appraisal processes for the sales team.
• Drive distribution, merchandising execution, and category management to capture growth opportunities.
• Utilize syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and consumer insights to identify space and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as BIM, customer service, marketing, sales operations, finance, and production to support account strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in key account management within consumer packaged goods or related sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing profitable revenue.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop and motivate sales teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using market data to inform strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).
• Category management and strategic planning.
• Sales forecasting and performance analysis.
