Senior Investment Associate

About the role

Checchi Capital Advisors is seeking a motivated Senior Investment Associate to join its Houston office. The role focuses on high‑touch client service, relationship development, and sophisticated financial modeling for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and client acquisition by preparing proposals, presentations, and detailed financial analyses, including cash‑flow modeling, portfolio projections, and tax considerations.
• Partner with the Managing Director/Head of the Houston office to manage and grow relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients such as entrepreneurs, executives, and multi‑generational families.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing relationship management for new and existing clients, delivering a personalized experience.
• Prepare and present materials for client review meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, document client interactions, and ensure seamless execution of account setup, money movement, and other operational activities.
• Plan and attend high‑value networking events, executive roundtables, and private client seminars.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in managing workflows and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client‑facing interactions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg data platforms.
