Senior Internal Auditor – Global Internal Audit

About the role

Driscoll's is looking for a highly motivated Senior Internal Auditor to join its global Internal Audit team. The role will be based onsite in Watsonville, California (or Guadalajara, Mexico) and will focus on the Americas business unit, providing risk‑based assurance and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based internal audit engagements across financial, operational, compliance, IT, supply chain and commercial functions.
• Provide assurance and advisory support for the DOTA business unit covering Canada, Mexico, Peru and the United States.
• Serve as a trusted internal‑control advisor to business leadership, promoting control consciousness and anti‑fraud awareness.
• Assist in developing the annual risk‑based audit plan aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Perform integrated audits to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of key financial, operational and IT general controls.
• Manage the full audit lifecycle: scheduling, planning, fieldwork, issue validation and issuance of reports.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in internal audit, risk assessment or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial, operational and IT controls.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with senior leadership across multiple countries.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
