Senior Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated Senior Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to drive growth across a multi‑state territory and manage ecommerce accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, prospects, and sales teams, delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and our online portal.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a multi‑state territory and ecommerce accounts, focusing on growth and service excellence.
• Execute inside‑sales initiatives such as upselling, pre‑selling new programs, product placements, and aligning dealers with the portal.
• Review and process daily orders, collaborating with customers, reps, operations, and accounting to resolve issues and ensure same‑day processing.
• Provide high‑level customer service to existing customers, new prospects, outside sales, end‑users, and sales managers.
• Continuously develop skills to support sales and service initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, results‑driven sales or customer‑service environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
