Senior Inflight Crew Manager

About the role

American Airlines is seeking a Senior Inflight Crew Manager to lead and support our flight‑attendant teams. You will ensure a safe, high‑performing operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, engage, and provide visibility for front‑line flight‑attendant teams.
• Allocate resources and support teams to meet operational and safety goals.
• Act as the escalation point for flight‑attendant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote cross‑department communication and collaboration to achieve common objectives.
• Represent Inflight at station meetings and working groups.
• Onboard, mentor, and coach new Inflight Operations team members.
• Manage new‑hire programs and ad‑hoc projects as a project manager.
• Support the base leader, including participation in on‑call rotations and terminal assignment coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer‑service environment.
• Prior leadership experience managing a team.
• Ability to work flexible shift schedules.
