Senior Healthcare HR Generalist (Hybrid, Metro Atlanta)

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Healthcare HR Generalist to partner with multiple healthcare locations in the Metro Atlanta area. This hybrid position will support 150‑200 employees across 3‑4 sites, driving hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and overall workforce effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leaders on employee relations, coaching, policy interpretation, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership to proactively address workforce challenges and boost employee engagement.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, career fairs, and pipeline development.
• Utilize HR metrics and reporting to identify trends in turnover, hiring, and workforce planning.
• Support onboarding, compliance, HRIS reporting, and general HR operations.
• Travel periodically to each facility to build relationships with leaders and staff.

Required profile

• Experience supporting multiple healthcare locations, balancing employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Self‑starter who works autonomously, makes decisions confidently, and adapts to a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, data‑driven, and comfortable communicating with operational leaders.

Required skills

• HRIS experience with platforms such as UKG, Workday, or ADP.
• Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
