Senior GTM Marketing Manager

About the role

SpruceID is seeking a Senior Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Marketing Manager to translate its public‑sector identity strategy into compelling marketing assets and campaigns. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales and executive leadership, driving the narrative that positions SpruceID as a trusted partner for governments and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM assets, including positioning statements, web copy, sales collateral, and account‑specific narratives.
• Design and run multi‑channel campaigns, events, and AI‑enabled marketing programs that accelerate complex public‑sector sales cycles.
• Produce technical content such as whitepapers, explainer videos, and product demos to simplify complex identity and data‑trust concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, sales, delivery and executive teams to align messaging with business objectives.
• Turn strategic plans into actionable briefing packages, outreach materials, and measurable marketing operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level GTM or marketing roles within B2B or public‑sector environments.
• Strong mission alignment with data ownership and privacy principles.
• Ability to synthesize strategy, identify gaps, and deliver first‑version marketing assets quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear narratives.
