Senior Growth Consultant – Remote (Northeast US)

About the role

The Senior Growth Consultant will partner with Coldwell Banker franchise owners across the Northeast to drive growth, retention, and brand engagement. Working remotely with up to 50% travel, the consultant will use a consultative approach to influence strategy, improve performance, and deliver a world‑class brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support top‑tier franchises to achieve measurable growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets, develop growth strategies, and present at brand events.
• Identify organic, consolidation, transfer, M&A, and roll‑in opportunities.
• Drive key metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, production, commissions, transaction volume, and franchise sales growth.
• Lead complex consulting engagements including financial analysis, P&L review, expense management, and business planning.
• Benchmark performance, set strategic goals, and build brand engagement with senior leadership.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person sessions on industry trends and brand topics.
• Serve as trusted advisor, manage compliance, and handle contractual changes within the assigned book of business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business consulting or coaching experience, preferably with large, complex brokerages or organizations.
• Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and profitability.
• Deep understanding of franchisee business goals and ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
• Real‑estate industry experience (brokerage, franchise, or related field) is mandatory.
