Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Group Director, Strategy to lead insight‑driven communications strategies for healthcare clients. This senior strategic leader will operate at the intersection of account, creative, execution, and commercial functions, shaping growth opportunities across the pharma and biotech landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of insight‑driven communications strategies for corporate and product clients.
• Translate research, data, and cultural context into clear strategic frameworks and narratives.
• Create compelling briefs, positioning statements, and communications architectures that guide creative programming.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Partner with client teams to identify, shape, and convert new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in healthcare communications and PR strategy at VP or SVP level.
• Strong strategic rigor with a proven ability to influence client outcomes and drive business growth.
• Highly driven, relationship‑focused, and collaborative leadership style.
