Senior Graphic Designer – Hybrid (San Francisco)

About the role

The Fountain Group is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer for a hybrid role in San Francisco. You will work 1‑2 days per week on‑site supporting a high‑profile client on a 25‑month contract with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, e‑books, email and social media assets.
• Design webpages, presentations, and immersive experiences for major events such as Dreamforce.
• Develop cohesive design themes for email newsletters and web updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and flex between teams as project needs evolve.
• Provide design support for any additional requests from internal clients or the broader creative team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution.
• Deep awareness of industry trends and best practices; often consulted by peers for design input.
• Comfortable working both quickly on short‑term tasks and steadily on long‑term projects.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Google Workspace (Google Suite)
• Understanding of Salesforce products
• Experience with AI workflow tools such as Google Gemini and Nano Banana
• Motion/animation knowledge (optional)
• Adobe After Effects (strongly preferred)
