About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Clarion, you will lead the deployment, performance, and reliability of AI agents that operate in live, high‑stakes healthcare environments. You will architect and scale full‑stack systems that integrate with electronic health records, legacy platforms, and real‑time voice infrastructure, while shaping technical strategy for customer‑facing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production‑grade full‑stack services using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate AI agents with EHRs, legacy healthcare platforms, and ultra‑low‑latency voice systems.
• Drive technical strategy, translating client needs into scalable, HIPAA‑compliant architecture.
• Mentor engineers, enforce code quality, testing, security standards, and ensure 99.99% system uptime.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling production systems in high‑reliability environments.
• Strong full‑stack expertise with a proven track record of ownership and delivering complex solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and communicate technical trade‑offs clearly.
