About the role

Vanta is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead the Integrations Platform team. You will shape the technical direction of a fast‑growing product that powers a large trust‑automation ecosystem, enabling customers to connect and automate security integrations at scale.

Key responsibilities

Lead complex, cross‑functional projects that impact Vanta’s product and infrastructure.
Define and own critical technical surfaces, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Design, develop, and maintain new product features and platform infrastructure using modern frameworks.
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑impact engineering culture.

Required profile

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven technical leadership on teams or large projects.
Experience in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments such as startups.
