About the role

Join the Factory Platform team at Rivian Volkswagen Technologies as a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer. You will design and build the next generation of manufacturing software that improves production quality and efficiency for electric vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full‑stack applications for connected factory services.
• Create and evolve RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
• Stay current with emerging full‑stack technologies and drive innovation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a full‑stack focus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Redux or Vuex, Jest, Cypress.
• Backend: Golang, Node.js, or Python; experience building RESTful APIs.
• Database: SQL (relational databases).
