Senior Front Office Manager

About the role

The Senior Front Office Manager oversees all front‑of‑house functions—including Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge and Club Lounge—to ensure a seamless arrival experience for guests. Reporting to the Front Office Department Head, you will lead a diverse team while embodying Disney’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Front Office and maintain high standards of safety, courtesy, show, inclusion and efficiency.
• Spend up to 90% of the day on the floor engaging with guests and Cast Members.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coach, develop and inspire staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, adjust schedules based on demand, and ensure compliance with all policies.
• Manage budgets, labor costs and expense controls while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth, integrated operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or a comparable hospitality role.
• Proven ability to inspire teams, drive continuous improvement and make data‑based decisions.
• Strong financial acumen, especially in labor and expense management.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
• Experience in a luxury‑hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.
