Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will lead the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and support SEC reporting for a dynamic organization. This full‑time position works closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and timely delivery of regulatory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Support the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10‑Qs and 10‑Ks.
• Create and maintain supporting schedules and workpapers for external reporting.
• Perform multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidations across domestic and international operations.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial statement fluctuations and provide commentary to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support external audit requests and annual audit preparation.
• Drive improvements to reporting processes, controls, and system efficiencies.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and financial analysis as requested by leadership.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–6 years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and large data set analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
