Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Blooming Health is seeking a strategic Senior Finance Manager to build and lead its finance function as the company scales. The role will be based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast, with occasional travel to the NYC office.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly reporting processes.
• Develop actionable financial insights for the executive leadership team.
• Manage accounting operations, financial infrastructure, and governance.
• Support fundraising initiatives and prepare board materials.
• Evaluate strategic investments and advise on critical business decisions.
