Senior Facilities Coordinator

About the role

As a member of Nestlé’s Workplace Solutions team, the Senior Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Solon corporate campus facilities, ensuring heating, plumbing and HVAC systems operate optimally to provide a comfortable environment for employees. The role also supports design and construction projects by providing on‑site expertise of local building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain HVAC computer controls and building lighting, including replacements.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical work, flooring and plumbing.
• Keep exterior grounds and building exteriors in good condition.
• Manage equipment and supply inventories and record keeping.
• Process work requests through the Archibus system promptly.
• Support local design and construction projects and perform furniture moves as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Trade school diploma or at least two years of on‑the‑job experience in maintenance, plumbing, HVAC or electrical.

Required skills

• HVAC system maintenance and computer control.
• Electrical and plumbing repair.
• Carpentry, painting and flooring work.
• Use of scissor lifts and ability to work at heights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with the Archibus facilities management system.
